D-cycloserine is a broad-spectrum polypeptide antibiotic produced by chemically synthesized.

The antibacterial spectrum of cycloserine is wide.

It also has effects on Mycobacterium tuberculosis resistant to puromycin, para-aminosalicylic acid,etc.
Cycloserine andhave a mild synergistic effect on Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37RV, and have neither synergistic nor antagonistic effects
